How to Select Your Perfect Ergonomic Chair

When you decide to switch to an ergonomic chair, there are many factors to consider to find one that suits your needs and preferences. The components of the chair must be tailored to your comfort and lifestyle.

Before your purchase, it is best to inspect the chair to ensure it is functioning properly. The height, of course, must be adjustable to make sure that you can sit comfortably and with your knees at a 90 degree angle. Armrests must be adjustable as well so that your shoulders remain rested and comfortable. The chair back must have good back support, ideally 12 to 19 inches wide for the backrest. When you sit back against the lumbar (lower-back) support, you must make sure that you have enough hip room.
