Simone Biles recently had a disagreement with a follower on Twitter about taking a year off from gymnastics. After winning gold olympic medals, Simone treated herself to a well deserved year of vacation. However someone felt this was irresponsible of her and tweeted "seems like you have partied non stop for a year #trash #unfollow #suckyassrolemodel". Simone replied "talk to me when you train for 14 years and earn 5 Olympic Medals. I think kids would say otherwise. My year off is well deserved! Take a couple seats". Simone is completely right. Simone's follower, or ex-follower, should relax and take a seat. More specifically, she should take a seat in the olympic gymnastics stadium where Simone earned her Olympic Medals. Simone's ex-follower is obviously not aware of the level of difficulty gymnastics entails. She needs to take a seat on her couch and watch some of Simone Biles gymnastic videos and maybe she will understand.
Here are more instances when people should take a seat:
- If someone is jealous of their coworker who just earned a promotion...
It is acceptable for one to wish that they had received a promotion as well. However jealousy and animosity toward one's coworker is not healthy. They need to take a seat. More specifically, they need to take a seat in an ergonomic chair from Beverly Hills Chairs and channel their energy toward productivity at work. If a person is jealous that their coworker received a promotion and he or she did not, that persona obviously do not see the hard work that preceded their coworkers promotion. If this person takes a seat in an ergonomic chair, their comfort and focus levels will increase and their jealousy will decrease. He or she may even get a promotion once they channel their energy somewhere positive.
- If someone judges people for the decisions they make...
Everyone makes bad decisions sometimes and judging someone for a bad decision does not help them. Typically when people make poor decisions it is because they are unclear of the best decision. If someone judges others rather than help them avoid making poor decisions in the future, they need to take a seat. More specifically, this person needs to take a seat in the courtroom to see how it feels to be judged.
